Delete your data
You can have your LovemyBrand account and everything in it permanently deleted at any time. This page explains how to ask, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Email contact@lovemybrand.ai from the address on your account, with “Data deletion request” as the subject.
You do not need to give a reason. If you write from a different address we will ask you to confirm from the one on the account, because we cannot delete someone’s work on the word of an unverified sender.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile details, and login credentials.
- Everything you created in the Studio: generated images and video, edits, uploads, and the chat history of each design session.
- Your brand kits and brand books, including uploaded logos, colours, fonts and reference images.
- Campaign plans, storyboards, and any product catalogue you imported.
- What the assistant remembered about your brand in order to stay on-brand.
- Any advertising account connection you authorised, together with the stored access tokens.
Deletion is permanent. Download anything you want to keep before you ask — we cannot restore it afterwards.
If you connected an advertising account
Connecting a Meta, TikTok or Google advertising account gives LovemyBrand an access token to work on your behalf. Deleting your account removes those tokens and the campaign data we synced from them.
You can also revoke access at any time without deleting your LovemyBrand account: disconnect it in your LovemyBrand settings, or remove the app in the platform’s own settings. Revoking access there stops all future access immediately. To also have the data we already synced removed, send the deletion request above.
The campaigns, ads and audiences inside your advertising account belong to you and stay with the platform. We never delete anything in your ad account.
What we keep, and why
- Invoices and payment records
- Tax law requires businesses in the Netherlands to keep financial records for seven years. These are kept in our payment provider's records, not in the product.
- Work delivered in a contest or one-on-one project
- Where a design was bought or sold through the platform, the other party keeps their copy and the record of the transaction.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics
- Counts that can no longer be traced back to you or your brand — for example how many designs were generated in a month.
Your other rights
Under the GDPR you can also ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or object to how it is processed. Use the same address — contact@lovemybrand.ai — and we answer within 30 days. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
