Looking for a logo that is unique, timeless, clean, modern, creative, and professional using the colors white, black, blue, and red.

Our current logo as pictured is supposed to be commercial buildings, a residential home, thermostat with a shield border. It is okay, but feels mediocre and unremarkable. We like the temperature gauges on the V and A which are the respective red and blue gradients and want this used/implemented in the final designs somehow, but are looking for something new and fresh - not like our current design.
