Design based on a monogram, quite modern and corporate, easy to read and reproduce in any printed or digital medium

The idea is to have an icon made up of stylized people following the color palette with variations between the people's icons, which conveys diversity and causes a subtle optical illusion.

This version is a variation of design #81.

In this design proposal, the isotype consists of the initial letters "N" and "R", and the letter "N" has been playfully sectioned to integrate an element that represents a person in a winning attitude.
This being the basic concept that is intended to be conveyed in this proposal, it would suggest that your agency recruits people with skills for success.

In this version I continue to use the concept of the person in a winning attitude complemented by the letter "N", but here the typography is more notable, so that the isotype could be used independently to represent the brand.

I made this logo following the initials of the full Logo Name (Nacho Rodrigo), the below drawing symbolizes two hands (symbol of honesty)

In this layout, the arrows that form the initial letters of the name demonstrate the new paths, guidelines, solutions that Human Resources is acquiring and implementing in companies. The chosen font was designed to have a more technological, futuristic, online vision.
